Eating Contests
Deep-Fried Strawberry Pie On a Stick Relay, Thursday, March 3 at 2:00 p.m., Stingray Chevrolet Entertainment Tent
Come see teams of four compete in the Deep Fried Strawberry Pie On a Stick Relay. The Deep Fried Strawberry Pie On a Stick Relay is sponsored by George’s Fun Foods.
Amish Donut Eating Contest, Friday, March 4 at noon., Stingray Chevrolet Entertainment Tent
Teams of four will compete to see who can eat a stack of four delicious amish donuts (with no hands) in the least amount of time. The Amish Donut Eating Contest is sponsored by Peachey’s.
Youth Strawberry Stemming Contest, Saturday, March 5 at 2 p.m., Stingray Chevrolet Entertainment Tent
Youngsters of all ages compete to see who can remove the stems from 20 berries the fastest. The Youth Strawberry Stemming Contest is sponsored by Mavric’s Chocolate Barn.
Strawberry Spaghetti Eating Contest, Monday, March 7 at 5 p.m., Stingray Chevrolet Entertainment Tent
Competitors are challenged to eat one bowl of spaghetti topped with our favorite – a strawberry. The Strawberry Spaghetti Eating Contest is sponsored by Spaghetti Eddie’s.
Adult Strawberry Stemming Contest, Tuesday, March 8 at 2 p.m., Stingray Chevrolet Entertainment Tent
Adult visitors of all ages compete to see who can remove the stems from 25 berries the fastest. The Adult Strawberry Stemming Contest is sponsored by Chocolate Strawberry Express.
Super Dog Mega Corn Dog Eating Contest, Wednesday, March 9 at 1 p.m., Stingray Chevrolet Entertainment Tent
This contest consists of 8 contestants. Each contestant will be given 2 Mega Corndogs. The first contestant who finishes the two corndogs and has a clean plate will be the winner; nothing can be left on the plate or floor. The winner will be awarded a trophy and bragging rights!
Strawberry Shortcake Eating Contest, Thursday, March 10 at 2 p.m., Stingray Chevrolet Entertainment Tent
Brave competitors compete to see who can eat a 4-lb. (No, your eyes aren’t deceiving you…we said 4 lbs.) strawberry shortcake in 10 minutes. Once they hit the 8-minute mark, their spoons are taken away just to make things a little more interesting. Oh yeah, the winner is awarded a trophy with a pig on top.
Strawberry Mashed Potato Pie Eating Contest, Friday, March 11 at 3 p.m., Stingray Chevrolet Entertainment Tent
Competitors are challenged with eating one plate of garlic mashed potatoes (topped with strawberry glaze and a fresh strawberry, of course) in under 10 minutes. The Strawberry Mashed Potato Pie Eating Contest is sponsored by Pickle Barrel Sirloin Tips.
